Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Don't pay before recieve confirmation email from us.

Q: Can I  make changes or cancel my online order?
A: Please contact us to cancel an order within 1 day after confirmed order.
No cancellation will be available after payment is made.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: When you place an order, the system will send
 an e-mail to you with the detail in it. 
 you can click the link in your e-mail and we will bring you to the page of order detail and status.
 Only registered member can get access to the page.

Q: What happen if my order is out of stock?
A: We will e-mail you and inform you.
 You can also check the online status by clicking the ‘Track Your Order’ in your confirmation e-mail.
 

Q: How can I find a shuberry shoes I am looking for?
A: You may use the search button to find a particular style, color,
or heel height (ex. Type in “red”) and all the shoes we have in the color
red will be listed.

Q: How can I choose the size of my shoes?
A: There will have clear size information shown at
products description. Just choose the size you perfer then click on "add to cart".

Q: What is Shuberry policy on damaged items?
A: If you receive damage or defective items, please notify us immediately via e-mail and sent back to us in 7 days
with your bank account information and we transfer money back to you in full amount (not included shipping cost)
 
 
Q: What is a Pre-order shoes? What to do if I want to cancel a pre-order shoes?
A: Pre-order shoes is the one that you order before we have it in our stocks so you will be one of the first to get it.
You may cancel your pre-order item until the time your order will be processed. In case of cancelling your pre-order item, please contact us using your registered e-mail with order number and product code to cancel.
 

Q:What are your shipping rates?
A:Shipping rate is 50 Baht per order. The shipment is organized by Thailand Post.

Q: How long will it take after I confirm my order?
A:The process of shipment will take about 3 days after payment.
